Free measurement and subfloor check
We measure the space, pull a corner of the existing floor, and assess what is underneath: slab or plywood, flat or not, dry or not. You get an itemized estimate covering demolition, prep, material, install, and trim, with the leveling priced as its own line. Expect about forty minutes on site.

Demolition and prep day
Old flooring and adhesive come out with containment up, the substrate is ground or leveled as needed, and any self-leveler is given its cure time. For most homes this is half a day to a full day. You will see the floor at its worst here, and that is the point, because everything gets corrected before the new plank covers it.

Installation and finish
Plank goes down, transitions and stair nosings are fitted, and trim closes the perimeter. A 1,200 square foot house is usually one to two days of installation once prep is done. Furniture goes back, the site gets cleaned, and you can walk on the floor immediately with no cure time to wait out.
